Design & build is what we do best. We offer a full turnkey service — taking your project from the very first architect’s drawing right through to the final coat of paint — with one team, one plan and one point of contact the whole way through.
Because the same people design your space and then build it, nothing gets lost in translation. The drawings are grounded in what’s actually buildable and affordable, the trades understand the intent behind every detail, and there’s no finger-pointing between an architect and a separate contractor when questions come up on site.

How we work
A single, joined-up process from design to handover
Every project runs through the same four stages. Keeping design and build in-house means each stage flows naturally into the next, with the same team carrying your project — and your intentions — the whole way.
Design
We start by understanding how you want to live, then develop drawings that make the most of your space and light. Every layout is tested against real family life — and against a realistic budget — long before we break ground.
Plan & cost
Before any work begins, we cost the whole project properly and agree a clear, transparent budget. We handle planning, building regs and scheduling so you know exactly what’s happening, when, and what it will cost.
Build
Paul is hands-on and on site, keeping every trade flowing smoothly to the next so the build stays on track. Our long-trusted contractors take real pride in their work, and it shows in how tidily and considerately each project runs.
Finish & handover
The final finish is where a build is really judged, and it’s where we care most. We see the details through to the last coat of paint and hand back a space that’s ready to move straight into and enjoy.
