Project overview
The project represents one of our turn-key full-house refurbishments. The homeowners purchased the house due to the potential of the property; with a large garden, fantastic location and unobstructed views of North Wales, this was a forever home. However, the property was in a bad state and required extending and a full package of both internal and external works.
We worked with the homeowners to plan and execute a scheme of works to bring the property up to modern standards as well as extend the property creating a large open plan living space, large garage, balconies and some internal alterations.
Externally, we complete a whole hard landscaping scheme, including a large rear patio, driveway and brick entrance.
