Rear and Wide Extension with Landscaping

This bungalow in Greasby gained a wide rear and side extension that opens the kitchen, dining and living areas into one bright, open-plan space, finished with a roof lantern to bring light into the centre of the room and a bold teal feature wall.

A new bay-fronted entrance porch was added to the front of the property, and full-width sliding doors lead out from the extension onto a newly landscaped patio in light grey porcelain paving, with matching herringbone-pattern tiled flooring carried through the extension itself.

The renovated bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower in marble-effect porcelain, with a dark contrasting floor and black fittings.
